Are food and drinks provided at K5?
You will be well looked after on both days of the conference. You can find stands serving a range of foods in the exhibition space K5 WORLD EXPO. There’s also fridges full of goodies and places to get coffee.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Ticket exchanges within a company are always possible. Just send the name, E-Mail, and position of the new ticket holder to the K5 Team.
Can you share a ticket with another person?
It’s possible for Person A to visit the conference on the first day and transfer the ticket to Person B on the evening of the first day. Person B can now attend the conference on the second day. In order to complete the transfer, please visit our Trouble Center on the evening of the first day of the conference.
Do I qualify for a Retailer Ticket with my business?
Our Retailer Tickets are meant for retailers/brands, and manufacturers who are attending purely in this capacity. The following are considered as retailers: online shops with their own product basket, brands/manufacturers, and businesses with their own products/private label. People performing a hybrid role (e.g. consultant and online retailer) are not retailers but are considered as service providers.
I bought the wrong ticket, what now?
If this is the case, get in touch with the K5 Team. You can upgrade your ticket within one week of purchase. You will receive a code to adjust the price for the correct ticket.
Where can I enter my discount code?
Discount codes must be entered into the pink field in our Ticketshop. This can be found on our website:
Can I cancel my ticket?
No. We cannot offer ticket cancellations under our General Terms and Conditions of Business.
But: You can transfer the ticket to another person. (see: can I transfer my ticket?)
Missing a ticket or a bill?
In this case please don’t hesitate to contacta member of the K5 Team. The missing documents will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Are there day tickets?
No, we do not offer day tickets. However, it is possible to share a ticket if Person A wants to attend the first day of the conference, and Person B is happy to come on the second day.
I'm a student and I want to attend the K5 conference. What can I do?
We offer a special price for students. Please send a certificate of enrolment and a copy of your ID to the K5 Team.

We bought a Teamticket for a group of three and now want to add another colleague. What should we do?
The 4th colleague must buy a ticket individually. Our Teamtickets are strictly limited to three people.
Does my business qualify as a startup?
We consider any business that is less than three years old as a startup. Please send your certificate of registration to the K5 Team. As a startup you will have access to a discounted ticket.

K5 takes place at the Estrel Hotel in Berlin.

You're an exhibitor and need more exhibitor tickets?
As an exhibitor you will receive a number of tickets for people from your company. Should you need more tickets, please contact the K5 Team. They will send you a code that gives you access to discounted tickets.
Can you apply for a Speaking Slot?
The main stage is reserved for retailers. However, you are more than welcome to book a Session as part of your exhibition / sponsoring package. For further information please contact the K5 Team.

The majority of the participants at K5 are decision-makers at their respective businesses. This is largely made up of CEOs, founders, and top-level management.
